The name isn't about anything spooky. It's about what you can't see at first glance: hidden barriers, overlooked needs, missing connections, people who feel unseen, problems beneath the surface.
Every organization has ghosts — the gap between what a program intends and what people actually experience. We make those gaps visible, and then we fix them.
A program cannot work if the people it was designed for cannot realistically use it.
Breakdown is usually not the people, and it's not the system — it's the space between them. Policies that don't work in practice. Expectations that were never clearly communicated. Resources people can't reach. Staff doing their best with tools that don't fit the job.
That's the space we work in: identify the gap → understand the people → build the solution → strengthen the connection.
I'm the founder of The Ghost Foundation, LLC. My background is in Health and Human Services, with continuing education in psychology — and most of what I know comes from hands-on program-development work: building programs, repairing programs that weren't working, and learning to see the disconnects most people walk right past.
I've worked from both sides of the middle. I understand the organization's perspective — policies, staffing, outcomes, the pressure to do more with less. And I understand the participant's perspective — what it's actually like to walk into a program, try to navigate it, and quietly give up when it doesn't make sense.
That dual perspective is what this company is built on. We don't pick a side. We bridge them.
